Terms & Conditions

For Authorized Dealers and Distributors – DRT B2B Portal (U.S. Market)

📌 Please read the following terms carefully before conducting any business through the DRT B2B Portal.
By accessing and placing orders through DRT’s B2B system, you agree to comply with all the terms outlined below. These terms apply to all U.S.-based authorized distributors/Dealers.

1. Distributor/Dealer Tier Policy

DRT strictly enforces a new Authorized Distributor/Dealer Tier Policy, effective 2025. All distributors are categorized into four tiers based on performance, compliance, and partnership metrics:

  • Tier A – Top-level distributors with access to the best pricing, priority inventory allocation, and enhanced support.

  • Tiers B, C, D – Gradual access to pricing and benefits, with Tier D being the entry-level.

Tier status is reviewed regularly. Distributors/Dealers must meet the defined criteria to maintain or upgrade their level.


2. Payment & Order Fulfillment Policy

DRT operates strictly on a Prepayment Policy:

  • Orders will not be confirmed, reserved, or fulfilled until full payment is received and cleared.

  • DRT does not reserve inventory for unpaid or pending orders under any circumstances.


3. Compliance and Blacklist Policy

All distributors are required to follow DRT’s compliance policies and brand partner rules. In particular:

  • Sales to blacklisted individuals or companies (as defined by DRT or the brand owners) are strictly prohibited.

  • If a distributor/dealer is found to have violated this policy, DRT reserves the right to immediately revoke distribution/resell privileges and terminate supply relationships without notice.


  • 4. Payment Policy
    1. Orders below USD 5,000 may be paid via Zelle; any applicable transfer fees shall be borne by the Dealer.
    2. Orders equal to or exceeding USD 5,000 shall be paid exclusively via Wire Transfer.
    3. Credit card and check payments are not accepted under any circumstances.
    4. If the Dealer opts to pay via ACH, the payment completion date shall be deemed as the actual date on which the funds are credited to DRT’s bank account, and inventory allocation and shipment shall be scheduled accordingly.
    5. For all payment methods (including Zelle, Wire Transfer, and ACH), the payment completion date shall be deemed as the actual date on which the funds are received by DRT,from which date inventory allocation and shipment will be scheduled.from which date inventory allocation and shipment will be scheduled.from which date inventory allocation and shipment will be scheduled.from which date inventory allocation and shipment will be scheduled.


5. Shipping, Insurance, and Claims

All shipments from DRT include insurance coverage. Distributors/Dealers are responsible for the following upon delivery:

  • Inspect packages immediately before signing any delivery receipts from the carrier.

  • Count and verify all items, and check for visible damage or tampering.

  • In case of missing or damaged items:

    • Take clear photos and videos of the issue.

    • Do not sign the carrier’s delivery confirmation if damage/loss is evident.

    • Notify DRT within 24 hours with supporting evidence.

⚠️ If proper evidence is not collected and preserved, insurance claims may be denied. In such cases, DRT will not be responsible for any unrecoverable losses.


6. Return & DOA Policy

DRT does not accept returns unless the product has a confirmed factory defect (DOA – Dead on Arrival).

  • Distributors/Dealers must provide clear video and photographic evidence upon unboxing and inspection.

  • If sufficient proof is not provided, DRT reserves the right to deny any return or exchange requests.


7. Sales Tax & Exemption Documentation
As a wholesale-only business, DRT does not collect state sales tax.
  • Distributors/Dealers are responsible for submitting valid, up-to-date Tax Exemption Certificates for their state of operation.
  • Failure to submit compliant tax documentation will result in the cancellation of distribution privileges and any pending orders.


8. Account Usage Policy

DRT B2B login credentials are exclusive to the authorized distributor/dealer under signed agreement with DRT:
  • Dealers are strictly prohibited from sharing their assigned account with any unrelated third parties.
  • Dealers are not allowed to use their account’s price privileges to place orders on behalf of lower-tier dealers, in violation of the tiered dealer policy.
